Wine List

Medium to full body with high acidity which comes from the skins of the grape. Pairs with

chicken, mild cheeses, and seafood.

Unoaked, crisp, floral, and fruity with notes of green apple and lemon.

Medium body with a crisp and light citrus flavor made from a thin-skinned white grape.  It's golden color is similar to a Sauvignon Blanc.

Medium bodied red wine. Made from the Nebbiolo grape, which is the root varietal for the classic Italian Barolo & Barbaresco wines. Notes of cherries, rose petals and anise.  Pairs perfectly with pasta & chocolate.

Classic French grapes grown in the high plains of Texas. Merlot has a mild tannic structure making it an easy to drink wine with notes of blackberries and red fruits like cherries or plums.

Another high plains grape, aged in oak barrels to add spice, tobacco, and vanilla to an already flavorful wine. "Cabs" are tannic grapes that carry dark fruit flavors like black currant (cassis), black cherry and blackberries.

A watermelon wine made from Texas Valley watermelons. Serve cold and enjoy with

fresh fruit.

A flavorful mix of freshly picked peaches with a green apple finish. Best consumed cold

Similar to a classic Lambrusco. This semi-sweet wine is made from Moscato and Malbec.  It has a unique flavor for all types of palates. Add fresh fruit to make a fantastic sangria.
